"Since both properties share a boundary and the same mesa we are able to create significant economies of scale in developing infrastructure it's mutually advantageous for the two developments to amalgamate", says Seth Phillps President of Mesa Vista Group. Now, as a joint project, the new Mesa Verde will span four kilometers of dramatic mesa edge overlooking the Sea of Cortez and the city of La Paz.</p>
