Roni Simon joins Mesa Verde Development team as Vice President of Operations.   Says Stephan Jacob CEO of the Mesa Verde Development, "We are just really excited and lucky to have Roni on board.  He brings a wealth experience not only in project management but his background in organic farming will bring something truly unique to our development.  The organic gardens and orchards will not only be a tremendous asset and unique selling proposition for the Mesa Verde community but I believe it will be a model for future development communities."

Mr.  Simon has a broad international background in commercial agriculture starting with the Israeli firm AZROM and working in diverse markets around the globe including Australia,  Angola, South Africa, Zambia, Albania and Israel. Additionally, in recent years Mr. Simon has also overseen commercial and organic agriculture operations in markets throughout Mexico, including  Ensenada, Guadalajara, Mexicali, Mexico City, Sonora, Sinaloa, and Todos Santos. 

"After being involved in commercial agricultural projects as well as residential ones, I am thrilled to be involved in one that is a combination of the two", says Roni.  "I have not seen a development that so elegantly combines different aspects of healthy living, both to the people living in it and to the environment surrounding it.  That, for me, is a real achievement.  I can't wait to build my home in Mesa Verde, living a healthy lifestyle in such a peaceful location yet still being near all the amenities and culture of a city like La Paz."
