Mesa Verde Corp. has reached an agreement with their neighboring property to form a combined development of over 800 acres. "Since both properties share a boundary and the same mesa we are able to create significant economies of scale in developing infrastructure it's mutually advantageous for the two developments to amalgamate", says Seth Phillps President of Mesa Vista Group. Now, as a joint project, the new Mesa Verde will span four kilometers of dramatic mesa edge overlooking the Sea of Cortez and the city of La Paz.

Seth Philips, the project manager and president of Mesa Vista Group will be meeting with Stefan Jacob, the CEO of Mesa Verde during the first week of November in La Paz to complete the legal framework of the merger, and initiate the first phase subdivision planning.

Acting on behalf of private investors Mesa Verde Corp closed today on the first 200 acres of a 500 acre acquisition. Mesa Verde Corp. Chief Financial Officer Jim Olson says, " It's a significant milestone because it immediately allows us to move forward with entitlements and subdivision, and will allow us to come to market sooner than anticipated."

Mr. Olson who attended both Northwestern University and the Universidad de Sevilla in Spain is a Group Senior Vice President and partner in one of the largest banks in the Chicago area. "As a partner in a U.S. bank I continually analyze transactions and micro markets and the La Paz area has many positive leading indicators pointing to it as an emerging market.  I have personally made a big commitment to the La Paz area not only with Mesa Verde Corp but also with my land aggregation company Frontera Propiedades S. de R.L. de C.V." says Mr. Olson. "I am really excited about this project.  We have a beautiful location, a diverse team and many unique eco elements."

Additionally, in recent years Mr. Simon has also overseen commercial and organic agriculture operations in markets throughout Mexico, including  Ensenada, Guadalajara, Mexicali, Mexico City, Sonora, Sinaloa, and Todos Santos.
